Services is responsible for enforcing the minimum code requirements. Inspection
Services issues building permits for:

- Commercial - New/
Addition/ Remodel/ Tenant Build Outs/ Other
- Electrical
- Mobile Homes/ RV's/ Other
- Plumbing
/ Gas/ Mechanical/ Other
OTHER
SERVICES INCLUDE:
- Plan
review
- Inspections
covering every phase of job
- Power and Gas meter
releases

Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Occupancy
- Provide electrical
exams for homeowners
- Offer
Block exam testing (quarterly)
- Reciprocity of
Journeyman / Master Electricians
- Renewal
of Journeyman / Master Cards (Apprentice Cards available
at no cost)
KEY
DATES AND DEADLINES TO REMEMBER:
- Office
hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 pm
- To
obtain a permit, you must be in the Development Services
Office by 3:30 p.m.
- All
inspections will be completed within two (2) working days.
