Completed
application materials must be filed with the Personnel
Department in person, by fax, or by mail by the closing
date specified on the position announcement. If you mail
your application, please allow enough time for delivery.
Applications postmarked by the deadline, but not received
in the Personnel Office by the deadline will be disqualified
and marked as received after the deadline. Applications
and information may be obtained from the Personnel Department
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through
Friday. Applications are not accepted via e-mail at this
time. Please give the complete and exact job title as it
appears on the job announcement; answer all questions and
furnish all information requested on the official Shelby
County Application for Employment or Examination Form, which

Applicants
